Capella Auto is part of Komoco Holdings, a regional automotive group of companies that was established in 1986 with its base operation in Singapore. Capella Auto is the distributor of Alfa Romeo and Jeep brands in Singapore in association with the Stellantis group.
Established in 1996 as the distributor of the Chrysler and Jeep brands, it was previously known as Chrysler Jeep Automotive of Singapore (CJAS). On Feb 14, 2023, the company was renamed as Capella Auto to serve Singapore’s diverse automotive crowd.
