Consea Executive Search was established in 1975 in Italy, focusing on the search for top executives as a core activity and later expanding to the selection of Middle Management. We mainly serve European clients, spanning from Fortune 500 companies to medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurial start-ups, supporting them in recruiting key talents. In 2005, Consea entered the Asian market with its branch in Shanghai, becoming the first Italian head-hunting company in China; Poland followed in 2007, and later Brazil (2009), Mexico (2016), USA (2017), and Singapore (2023) were established.
