Da Paolo began as a humble trattoria in 1989, founded by Chef Paolo Scarpa who brought the flavours and spirit of his Venetian home to Singapore. Led by the second generation since 2010, we continue to evolve while staying true to what matters most: honest Italian cooking, heartfelt hospitality, and the joy of sharing good food with the people we love. What started as one cosy restaurant has grown into a beloved homegrown brand, shaped by the city we live in and the family values we hold close.

In addition to our restaurants, we offer a comprehensive range of catering services for both corporate and private events, including elegantly styled grazing tables, buffet spreads, as well as hearty pasta trays and desserts. These offerings, along with gourmet groceries, artisanal hampers, and fine Italian imports, are all available through our online shop for islandwide delivery.
