Established in 2012, Food Concepts Group curates contemporary dining experiences, and currently operates with four restaurants. The kitchen of all the restaurants is led by the Group Executive Chef Andrea de Paola.
Altro Zafferano
Crowning the Ocean Financial Centre, 43 storeys above bustling Collyer Quay in Central Business District, Altro Zafferano is the largest rooftop Italian restaurant in Singapore with an alfresco terrace lounge and modern bar, offering a laid-back Italian dining experience with stunning city views.
Head Chef Federico Schiraldi brings the menu full of authentic Italian flavours, full of soul and traditions with creativity and elegance, the gastronomy shaped by personal story originated in South of Italy.
Griglia Open Fire Italian Kitchen
Griglia is a contemporary Italian grill restaurant inspired by summer outdoor grill known as “grigliata”. Griglia recreates this magic with classic grigliata dishes cooked in a specially customised cast iron charcoal grill and served in smaller sharing portions. Awash in Italian hospitality, Griglia promises conviviality, bonding and memory-making over the fire.
The second location in the heart of vibrant Katong was added in 2024, where the first Griglia opened in 2021 at the charming Craig Road precinct.
54 Steakhouse
54° Steakhouse is a modern steakhouse located at 54 Amoy Street, a historic shophouse situated within Singapore's vibrant dining district, offering premium cuts from around the world.
The creations showcase the finest ingredients sourced globally under the culinary direction of Group Executive Chef Andrea de Paola. The restaurant's name pays homage to the ideal temperature for a perfectly cooked medium-rare steak and its location at 54 Amoy Street.
