Fabrizio Caruso

Senior executive and global leader, Fabrizio possesses over 20 years of experience in high-growth technology companies. His expertise spans from establishing and scaling early/growth stage start-ups to overseeing multi-billion dollar businesses across the APAC region, including China, Japan, Korea, ANZ, India, and South East Asia.

Fabrizio is the founder and CEO of S8 Advisory, a boutique advisory and investment firm focusing on technology, artificial intelligence and sustainability. Before establishing S8 Advisory, he served as the Managing Director of App Monetisation APAC at Meta, where he led the team dedicated to assisting publishers in the APAC region in growing their business through Meta's monetization solutions.

Prior to his role at Meta, Fabrizio served as the Chief Revenue Officer at the artificial intelligence company Appier. Joining the founding team shortly after their series A funding round, Fabrizio spearheaded the commercial strategy and international expansion, leading to multiple successful funding rounds from tier-1 venture capital firms. Appier achieved an IPO on the Tokyo Stock Exchange at a valuation of approximately $1.5 billion.

With a Master's Degree in Engineering, specializing in Computer Science, Fabrizio commenced his career in Italy before assuming various executive roles in the United Kingdom, China, the Philippines, and Singapore.
