Lim Wanying

Wanying Lim is COO & Co-CIO at STG Asset Management, with over 15 years of experience in wealth management. She leads global investment strategy for a MAS-regulated, multi-asset fund spanning developed and emerging markets. Formerly with UBS and Julius Baer, she brings expertise in cross-border asset allocation and governance. An advocate for women in leadership and responsible investing, she brings a global lens to her work, shaped by years living in Italy, London, São Paulo, and Hong Kong. She is fluent in Italian and a mother of three.
