The 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore will be held on Thursday 28th May 2020 at 5.00pm via ZOOM.

1. Welcome address by ICCS President, Alberto Martinelli;

2. Address by H.E. Ambassador Raffaele Langella;

3. Verification of Quorum;

4. Approval of Minutes of last AGM held on 28th March 2019;

5. To approve and pass the financial statements of the Chamber for the Financial

Year 2019;

6. To discuss and approve the budget and promotional programme of activities for

the Financial Year 2020;

7. To appoint the Auditors and Legal Counsel;
