ICCS hosted the workshop “Why AI Doesn’t Move Profit (Yet)”, led by Martin Reiher, Co-Founder and CEO of Metanoia+, and organised in collaboration with the Belgian Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.
During the session, we explored how to train and use AI more effectively to generate valuable research, analysis and market insights, and—most importantly—how to turn these outputs into sharper commercial decisions across Southeast Asia’s diverse and fragmented markets.
The workshop featured practical exercises based on participants’ own views, creating a highly interactive session. The audience was actively involved throughout, contributing questions, experiences and perspectives that enriched the discussion.
