On Wednesday, July 3rd 2024, the Shipping Committee of the Italian Chamber of Commerce, coordinated by Carlo D'Amico, BRUNO LIOTTA, Kesha Martiny and Joseph Yong hosted its monthly networking event.
The gathering took place at Dolcetto within the Conrad Singapore Orchard, with culinary support from Executive Chef Luca Beccalli, Paolo Frau, Sophia Qiuyan Lu, Joan Apaya, and the team.
This month's networking event featured H.E. Dante Brandi, Ambassador of Italy to Singapore, and a delegation from IBLA, the global organisation of mooring masters, in Singapore to acquire NGO status recognised by the IMO.
Representatives from the Singapore Shipping Association (SSA) also attended, highlighting the event's focus on international cooperation, regulatory advancements, and the maritime sector's resilience.
